SEPTEMBER PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDE
Every promise in the Bible requires you to fight for it to come to pass. If your life is not where it should be, then DO THIS FAST!
Remember, between you and your destiny, there’s Satan and his cohorts fighting to scatter your:
- Good life
- Business, career, ministry
- Children’s future
- Destiny helpers
- Finances and opportunities
- Marriage/marital destiny
And the list goes on…
A season of justice for you, and destruction of all evil has come. This is so that your life can blossom and flourish on this earth.
The scripture below is a true picture of how Father God desires our lives to be.
What does it mean for you to blossom and bloom?
The Word of God is life, and it should bring change. Look at the meaning of these two words below.
Blossom: this means taking steps towards your desired and God ordained destiny. You might not be there yet but there’s progress. There’s more on your tree of life and the enemy is opposing its full manifestation. That which was dead is catching life because you’re well-watered and firmly planted in the Lord.
It’s time to blossom! Your life is finally becoming vibrant and radiant.
Bloom: Your life has opened up and looking to be fully expressed. God desires that you bloom – just like a beautiful flower.
Isaiah 35:1-7 says –
- The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
- It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God.
- Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees.
- Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.”
- Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
- Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert.
- The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, there shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
PRAYER –
I want you to sit with this prayer below. If this is you, take some steps that will move you closer to becoming the best God created you to be in this world.
| “Father, I refuse to be like a pipe that things go through it but remains empty. Fill me up Lord, so I can bloom. Let me be like a branch that gives nutrients to the flowers to blossom but also benefits.” |
Powerful scriptures in this fast
God’s divine plan is for you to blossom and bloom. Do not allow fear to stop you.
Psalm 121: Your help comes from the Lord. Look to Jesus!
Psalm 1:3: A well-watered life produces fruit all year round.
Psalm 24: Let every ancient door/gate open up to you (in this fast).
Isaiah 45:1-3: God is before you. He’s giving you strength to pray until every gate is opened. As you pray, hidden treasures will begin to be revealed to you. The breakthrough is yours!
1 Kings 18:46: The Lord’s hand be upon you mightily until you overtake, in Jesus’ name.
Isaiah 58:11: You’ll be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Ask the Lord to water the garden of your life – your health, business, career, children, family, finances, marriage, relationship and everything about you.
Spiritual warfare
Are you under spiritual attack?
There are spiritual entities you cannot see that are assigned to wreck your life and scatter your destiny. Fight back the right way.

Use these scriptures:
2 Samuel 15:31 says –
Now David had been told, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” So David prayed, “Lord, turn Ahithophel’s counsel into foolishness.”
2 kings 6:15-23 –
Verse 18: As the enemy came down towards him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, “strike this army with blindness.” So He struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked.
Exodus 14:13-14 –
13. Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.
14. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Psalm 35 and Psalm 49.
It’s time to pray!
Day 1: Creating space in your heart to receive
Here’s how to deal with what Satan can use to block your prayers.
1 Thessalonians 2:18 says –
For we wanted to come to you – certainly I, Paul, did again and again, but Satan blocked our way.
If you see here, there might be a desire to breakthrough as a child of God, but Satan blocks the blessing. He blocks your business, career, destiny helpers, healing, success, prayer life, promotion, marital breakthrough, money, ministry and anything good.
Be warned! Your heart should be in the right place. Prepare to receive from the Lord.
Proverbs 4:23 says,
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Remember to pray the Word using scriptures provided. Prayer points are only a guide. Pray from your heart.
1. Father, release fresh grace upon me to shift my life to a new level, in Jesus’ name.
2. I surrender my spirit, soul and body to you Lord Jesus. Take full control of my life.
3. O God, take my prayer and do exceedingly, abundantly beyond what I can ever imagine nor think – in the name of Jesus.
4. O Father, make me as a mighty vessel ready to be used for your glory in this season, in Jesus’ name.
5. Every power blocking my breakthroughs, blessings, success, promotion and all-round prosperity – be destroyed now by the power in the name of Jesus.
6. I command every principality, power, ruler and spiritual wickedness in the heavenly places to bow down to Jesus, now – in the name of Jesus. (Be aggressive in the spirit and repeat many times) – Philippians 2:10 and Luke 10:19.
7. Let abundance, money, healing, joy, peace, and all-round prosperity begin to answer to my life from today, in the name of Jesus.
Day 2: When the thief is caught
The Bible has insight and revelation which are keys for you to catch the thief called Satan – who is stealing your blessings.
Proverbs 6:30-31 says –
“Men do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry; But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; He shall give all the substance of his house.”
Do you feel like Satan has been robbing you of your rightful blessings? He has taken:
- Your joy
- You no longer have peace in your marriage
- You’re struggling financially and probably in debt
- It’s struggle after struggle and life is not making sense
Claim it all back! Command the devil to release what he has stolen.
1. O God my Father, give me a new unction of grace to overcome through this prayer program– in Jesus’ name.
2. I am justified by the blood of Jesus Christ. All my blessings were paid for in full. I claim back every blessing that has my name on it – in Jesus’ name.
3. God of mercy and judgement! Let every arrow of affliction and sickness to slow me down, be overpowered by the blood of Jesus. I am healed, in Jesus’ name.
4. My breakthroughs and testimonies in the hands of the wicked, I claim you back – in the name of Jesus.
5. This is the month I will testify of the goodness of the Lord in this land I am living in, in the name of Jesus.
6. I claim every opportunity and promotion I have lost in the past, to come back to me 7 times – in Jesus’ name.
7. O Lord, let angels be released to confirm my breakthroughs and testimonies – in Jesus’ name.
Day 3: I will restore, says the Lord
Joel 2:25-26 says –
25 So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, my great army which I sent among you.
26 You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame.
Satan is scared of you – stand firm and claim back what belongs to you. Take it by force!
1. Lord, thank you for the grace and strength I have enjoyed during this prayer and fasting program.
2. Thank you Father for your presence and fresh grace that has been speaking for me. Receive honor, glory, praise and all the worship.
3. My Father, increase the anointing on my life for expansion and increase – in Jesus’ name.
4. Let the evidence of breakthroughs that will compel my family to know that you’re God – be released now, in the name of Jesus (repeat many times).
5. Lord, allow me to enjoy the influence, grace and favor everywhere I go. Let where the soles of my feet step, opportunities, promotion and open doors be my portion– in Jesus’ name.
6. I place my demand on the anointing power of the Holy Ghost for the release of my missed opportunities, favor, marriage restoration, projects, partners, money and wasted years – in the name of Jesus. (Be specific about your needs)
7. My God, you cannot lie! Release angels to bring restoration with an evidence of breakthroughs and testimonies – in Jesus’ name.

Hello Agnes praise be to God I got to learn about you just by my frequent search on this topic of fasting.
For sure what I can say is the praise people give to got is less than what He is capable of doing.
I was just someone who could pray about good job and a good life, the miracle of overnight richness and famous.
But God really knew what I lacked I prayed so that He may help me. For sure He has done it there is a level of self confidence that I have attained, the peace I am experiencing and the less envious I am experiencing is unmatched.

Dear Sis Agnes, I’ve been following your videos for a long time. But now, I’m in a great pit that I need to come out. Christ have taken a back seat for a few months and here I am in a pit. I want to come out of the pit and rise and shine as Jesus has promised us in the Bible. I’m in such a distressful state that I need patience and God’s hand on my current situation. A person who gave me hope to marry me is now moving away. It’s very painful. I’m also a reason for it.I should admit it. No relationship is beyond repair. I wait on God to work in this situation and make me come out of it.

I’m very appreciative of this sister Agnes. I had gotten the heads up from the Holy Spirit to fast. And yes I was feeling a bit tired. But I still obeyed and decided to plan it out. Amd said the next day I would start. Now same day I woke up and went to my YouTube for corporate prayers I saw that you posted a guide on fasting. I noticed that ypur videos were popping up often but I didn’t watch it yet.
I decided to click the link and instantly I saw the guide and everything in the guide was for me. It was very helpful and insightful.
Even your theme bloom and blossom as well as the first scriptures Isaiah 35 verse 1 to 7 ministered to me. Because God has been showing me roses and the colour pink for a long time now. Everywhere I went. And when I read this verse and it mentioned the rose of Sharon I was shocked because I was asking Him what the rose meant for a long time and I finally got the revelation. This time has been beautiful and if it wasn’t for this guide I might have struggled or quit easily or even fasted without direction. So thank you. I did watch the videos recently and the minstrel to me greatly. You were speaking directly to me there. Thank you. And may God continue to use you mightily and richly bless you.
It is my first time to participate in the fasting in this forum. I strongly feel it in my spirit there Will be a wonderful break through in our supplications to the Lord. May Our good God continue to uplift and extent the tents of SR. Agnes Mumbi. Blessings
Day 1 of the beginning of the fast i cried out to God at midnight. I cried and prayed because i felt that God had forgotten me. A bible verse that the Holy Spirit had given me before came to me again Is 49:15. I thanked God but i asked Him to give me another sign because me human mind needed something that was undeniably from God. I cried out to my Father. In the morning i awoke and felt no different but i thanked God anyway. A few minutes later i checked my bank account and my Faithful God, had increased my bank balance by $500. God has used other people to bless me but never to just increase my account. I called the bank to ask if there was a transfer but they said no its just the account balance. HALLELUJAH! MY God is able. I thank Sister Mumbi for this fast, i am seeing God move before Day 1 has ended. Thank you King Jesus.

Thank you sister Agnes. You have come to my life as an angel send by God. You have changed my life completely. I already have a testimony before the fasting is complete. My last born brother is graduating tomorrow (08.09.23) but on Tuesday he send me a message that he got a job. I’m very grateful for this miracle. It took me 4 years back when he started his engineering course and we had no enough money for his degree but through prayers and fasting he has managed to complete his degree. During his course my son also started his 3 year computer science degree and money was not enough as well but a miracle also happened and today I’m only left to pay just a small amount of money which I do not have right now but I know my God will do it and my son will complete his course next year. So sister Agnes you have inspired me a lot. I cannot thank you enough. May God continue to bless you. I have realized that All things are possible to those who believe and there is nothing too big for God.
I believe all my wasted years will be paid back in Jesus name.DEBTS all corners but God grace favor will be sufficient to me.am still believing that God is making away for me to pay school fees for my four kids two who are not my biological,my sister who is stuck at home for lack of fare to meru and the hostel still not paid from last semester.Jesus is in control one i have that amazing peace

While on the prayer and fasting me and my family received news that my uncle’s son was robbed and bruised so while in hospital his kidneys started to fail and he struggled to breathe as well and was rushed to the ICU. I remember praying and petitioning GOD to do a miracle we all can attest to and see as well as the doctors and nurses, HE HAS DONE IT AGAIN, OUR LORD ANSWERED OUR PRAYERS AND CONTINUES TO MAKE HIM WELL DAY BY DAY. PRAISE BE TO OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR AMEN.

I lost my husband in Africa in June which has really disturbed me but I know our Lord Jesus Christ will do what is good for me and my children amen.
